Food that helps the mind to focus and memorize

Your mind is the most complex body parts. Like a computer, it runs millions of operations every day, it never stops working, so it needs a continuous discharge of the fuel it works on – glucose – or so-called dextrose or blood, a type of sugar that results from photosynthesis in the green plant. It is the main source of energy for most organisms, including humans.

Monounsaturated fats – avocado, nuts, olive oil, canola oil and peanut oil. These fats can improve your memory and help your mind work harder, better, faster and stronger.
Caffeine (moderate amounts) – tea, coffee, and dark chocolate. Consume in small doses and caffeine can help you feel more refreshed and focused.
Water – your brain is 73% of water, and water is essential to maintaining your body in general and your mind in particular.
Food that improves brain quality
The best way to feed your mind is to eat a wide variety of foods from all food groups. However, during exams, it may be a little difficult to put them into practice. Therefore, research has come up with some easy meal swaps that will make your mind wither at any given time. For example:

Instead of eating processed grains, try eating porridge covered with fruits and nuts.
Instead of eating cookies or cookies, try whole grains with cheese or tomatoes.
Instead of eating frozen pizza, try homemade whole wheat pizza.
Instead of eating burger and french fries, try steak and salad.
Instead of eating chocolate or popsicles, try fresh or dried fruit, or ice cream, milk and yogurt.

Instead of drinking an energy drink, try fruit juice, green coffee, or herbal tea.
Eating good meals will help you in most study times better, and this will lead to better results, in the short and long term. While many of the brain foods we mentioned earlier have immediate results (such as caffeine).
