The benefits of cream fruits

Take a closer look at some of the benefits of whipped cream and its health benefits:

Antioxidants

Many of the cream’s benefits are due to its high antioxidant content, the latter of which are compounds that help neutralize harmful compounds called free radicals, which can cause cell damage. Some research shows that antioxidants can play a role in reducing the risks of many diseases, including heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. And one of the studies on the test tube looked at the antioxidant properties of the cream fruit, and found that it was able to effectively protect against damage caused by free radicals.

Another study on the test tube measured the antioxidants in the cream extract and showed that it helped prevent cell damage. It also contains many plant compounds that act as antioxidants, including luteolin, quercetin and yangtian.

Killing cancer cells

Although most research is currently limited to studies with test tubes, some studies have found that sour fruit can help eliminate cancer cells. One study conducted on breast cancer cells with sourop extract showed that it is able to reduce tumor size, kill cancer cells and boost immune system activity. Another study on the test tube looked at the effects of sourop extract on leukemia cells, which turned out to stop the growth and formation of cancer cells.

Fighting bacteria

In addition to its antioxidant properties, some studies show that sour cream may have strong antibacterial properties as well. In one study conducted on a test tube, it was proven that the nutritional fruit composition is able to effectively eliminate multiple types of bacteria, including strains that cause gingivitis, tooth decay and yeast infections, and another study has shown that cream extract works against the bacteria responsible for cholera infection And staph.

Reducing inflammation

Some animal studies have found that the fruit and its ingredients may be able to fight infections. In one study, mice were treated with sourop extract, which was found to reduce swelling and reduce inflammation. Another study found similar results, as it showed that the same extract reduces swelling in rats by up to 37%, in addition to treating inflammatory disorders such as arthritis.

Stabilizing blood sugar levels

Cream fruit has been shown to help regulate blood sugar levels in some animal studies. In one study, diabetic mice were injected with a fruit extract for two weeks. The group that was exposed to the extract had blood sugar levels five times lower than the untreated group.

Digestive health
Because of their high fiber content, this fruit can aid in proper digestion. Fruit juice can also act as a diuretic and cleanse the digestive system by removing excess sodium from the body.

Eye health
As we mentioned earlier, the cream fruit is rich in antioxidants, especially vitamins C and E, zinc, and beta-carotene, which have been shown to be effective in reducing the risk of eye diseases. Antioxidants reduce oxidative stress, which can cause age-related cataracts and age-related macular degeneration.

Kidney and liver health
According to a Malaysian study on mice, it was found that the fruit extract helped treat kidney and liver diseases, which are noticeable results in humans as well.
